Depending on your location and the location of from where your items are shipped, delivery can take up to 15 business days. Given the current Covid 19 situation we want to apologize for any shipping delays. In very few rare cases delivery was delayed up to 25-30 days. As we have no influence on transport and border regulations in the current moment, we unfortunately can not guarantee that the delivery time will be fullfilled in standart delivery time.
If your initial payment was made via PayPal, the refund will be processed instantly after we confirm the refund. If you paid by credit card, it usually takes 5-7 working days, or up to 30 days for certain banks, for you to see the refund appear in your account.
In most cases, if you don't see shipping costs appear in the final step of the payment and checkout of the order process, shipping is included in our prices and no extra shipping costs apply. Depending on your location extra shipping costs might appear. In this case you have to wait to see them until you have entered your delivery address.
